B、8%消费税(GST)

B、新加坡需要进口准证的货物

食品/食品添加剂、化妆品及其原材料、药物/药物原材料、杯子、碗碟、部分与眼耳口鼻接触的产品、教科类/文化类(书本,CD,报纸,杂志)、食品包装用品、医疗用品/器械、性用品/性保健品、营养品、食品、饮料加工设备、厨房用具、隐形眼镜、按摩椅等。

需要注意的是,办理进口准证 要求必须是公司跟个体户才可以办理,5 个工作日左右,大概可以用半年左右。

?9、 出口新加坡需要哪些认证?

A、CB 认证

IECEE CB 体系是电工产品安全测试报告互认的国际体系,覆盖了全球多个国家,包括新加坡和中国。获得 CB 测试证书的企业可以更容易地将其产品出口到涉及人身安全的领域,尤其是在一些国家,这类产品可能需要强制性认证。

B、PSB 认证

PSB(Productivity and Standards Board)是新加坡政府制定的产品安全和质量认证标准。PSB认证适用于各种产品,包括电气设备、电子产品、医疗器械、机械设备、儿童玩具等。获得 PSB认证可以提高产品的信誉度和市场竞争力,促进产品出口到新加坡。

C、FORM E 证书

A.CB Certification

B. PSB Certification

PSB (Productivity and Standards Board) is a product safety and quality certification standard set by the Singapore government. PSB certification applies to a variety of products, including electrical equipment, electronic products, medical equipment, mechanical equipment, children's toys, etc. Obtaining PSB certification can improve the credibility and market competitiveness of products and promote product exports to Singapore.

C. FORM E Certificate

Products exported to Singapore may require a China-ASEAN Free Trade Area Certificate of Origin, also known as a FORM E certificate. This is a preferential certificate of origin used to enjoy preferential treatment in the China-ASEAN Free Trade Area.

At present, my country has issued FORM E certificates to 10 countries including Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam.

B、清关时间

---- 进口普通货物通常需要 2 至 3 个工作日完成清关。

---- 进口旧设备等商检货物需要提前办理中检、备案和申请进口许可证等,通常需要 5 至 8 个工作日,清关配合查验、海关审价通常需要 3 至 5 个工作日完成。

---- 针对高风险食品,如进口红酒和肉类,一旦在港口报关报检正常,通常需要 2 至 3 个工作 日完成清关,商检抽样检验检疫约需 15 个工作日。待出具检验检疫报告后,货物可以自由销售。
